- If you or any person who is to be insured under this policy or any person, on whom the trip depends e.g. non-travelling close relative or business colleague, needs to disclose a known medical condition, then you will need to contact the Medical Referrals Line. If you do need to notify the insurer of a medical condition(s) please contact the Medical Referrals Helpline on 0845 070 3593 in order to obtain a medical form number prior to proceeding any further.
