If you are arranging an event, from small to large, then you could suffer financially if you don’t have the right insurance protection.

Unfortunately despite the best planning sometimes the event cannot go ahead.  This could be due to a key person being ill or disabled, an enforced venue closure, adverse weather conditions, withdrawal of public authority authorisations and so on.  Events may have to be postponed, cancelled or abandoned and you may incur additional expenditure to reschedule the event, have additional printing costs or publicity costs.  Coulter Hurst can arrange cover for these unforeseen risks.

Packaged policies can be arranged for the more usual events such as hole in one, exhibitions & conferences, fireworks displays, trade fairs and street parties but if your event is more specific you will need bespoke policies tailored to your individual needs.  Cover is also available for professional organisers or businesses attending frequent events.
