Claims Handler
Heather joined the company in July 2004, as an Administration Assistant and moved to the role of Claims Handler just two years later. Heather handles all types of claims but her own specialist area is currently Travel.
When not in work Heather enjoys going to the cinema and theatre and like many of her colleagues supports Liverpool FC.
