Our Aims
We aim to give a personal service to our clients. All our clients enjoy the continuity and comfort of being looked after by their own designated broker. Wherever possible and practical, we like to meet our clients either here at our office or in your place of work or home. You may prefer to contact us by telephone, in writing or on the internet.
We believe in looking after all of our clients insurance needs and, therefore, it is important for us to develop and sustain long-term relationships with our customers enabling us to know and understand their risks and the solutions required to protect them through insurance and risk management.
The value of insurance is often only realised when we come to make a claim. Therefore, it is essential we help our clients from first notification to final settlement of their claim in order to prove the worth of their policy and our service. In order to manage a claim to your satisfaction you will deal with a designated claims handler from start to finish.
Our company is managed by a board of directors; all of whom are known to many of our clients. It is the aim of the company to look after our customers as best we can. Should we fall short of your expectations, any of the directors (details are in our People profiles) are available to discuss and resolve any concerns you may have.
The company operates on traditional values of courtesy and respect to each other, clients and suppliers. We like to feel everyone is valued.
