Motor Legal Expenses

Since ClaimTec Ltd, whom we use to place our Motor Legal Expenses Insurance policy, has gone into administration we have transferred all insurance policies with immediate effect to Kindertons Ltd, Marshfield Bank, Crewe, Cheshire, CW2 8UY.

• The insurance is arranged by Kindertons Ltd with UK Underwriting Ltd on behalf of Axa Insurance UK plc, 5 Old Broad Street, London EC2N  1AD.
• Both Kindertons Ltd, UK Underwriting Ltd and Axa Insurance are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
• In the event of a motoring accident clients can telephone 0845 230 4900 for free legal advice and/or to notify the agent of a claim. Should clients wish to make a claim, they can complete a claim form online at www.kindertons.co.uk. They can also, should they prefer, speak to either Carl Boose or Heather Francis at this office for guidance about making a claim for uninsured losses as a result of a motor accident.
